OCP #6 - MR. RANDALL • Male • White or Black • 60-75 yrs old Mr. Randall is a longtime resident with a big personality and a lot of heart. He lives on his own, spends time in the shared spaces, and genuinely enjoys the people around him. He likes making others smile and feels comfortable enough in the building to joke and leave a playful note in the suggestion box. His humor is warm and specific, but not over the top. A little quirky, but still likable. The plant request is a friendly wink from someone who feels connected and at home, as well as who has an easy, familiar relationship with the manager. He should feel like the kind of resident everyone knows and is happy to run into, someone you’re immediately drawn to because of his warmth and spirit.
